Complex is one of the various Maps in Evade. It was released on July 22nd, 2022 in the Alpha Testing #1. It was created by OsterDog and Beefchoplets. It's appearance was inspired by gm_mallparking.

Complex was re-added and remastered after the update and did not receive many changes other than an optimization improvement, new textures and new vehicles.
Legacy[]
The Complex was a map that had multiple malls and a giant parking lot located below the ground. It was a dark map and the player needed a light in order to be easier to navigate through it. The Complex had an abandoned, sometimes even liminal feeling to it, because of the empty shelves and broken vehicles that were present in it. The map was divided in two sections: its mall area with many stores, snack bars, cafeterias, corridors and offices, which were remarkable by being a closed area. On the other hand, its second area had a parking lot that had a big size, its floor had some oil marking on it and its space was filled with cars, vans and trucks, some of them were broken. Most of these areas were connected via corridors and staircases, allowing the player to be always in movement.
Deletion[]
This map was deleted on November 26th, 2022, the reason is that the map was bad optimized and many players had lag issues playing it.
Trivia[]
- Complex is the only Normal map that appears in Pro Servers.
- As of October 13, 2024, this bug has been fixed.
- Here you can also find two vehicles, namely Miata and Altima.
- The Complex is the third largest map in the game.
- In one of the rooms you can find a door and many exit signs near it.
- This is one of two maps that were removed on November 26, 2022, the second one is Art Exhibit.
- The updated version of the map was featured in one of the overhaul teasers where we were shown the Mark V AI
