Nametags are a feature that was added during the Overhaul update. This is your color nickname, you can’t see it, but other players can see it, it also shows in the tab. Nametags can be bought in the store and in the daily store, which changes every 24 hours, and some nametags can no longer be obtained because they could be obtained at different events, and so on.

• Sunset Rodeo is a reference to Boothill, a character from Honkai: Star Rail. Specifically, it's a reference to his Ultimate Ability; Dust Devil's Sunset Rodeo.
• Serenading Cerulean was inspired by the Summertime Sparkle outfit worn by Barbara; a character from Genshin Impact.
• The particles found on the Spring Flowers nametag are actually intended to be Konpeito candies, according to it's creator. However, this could have likely been changed as Konpeito candies aren't well known in western countries.
• The 'Lots of Effects' nametag, which appears to have been a troll item contains the particle effects from a whopping 19 different nametags, 3 of which appear to be unreleased. However, these 3 appear to hint as a candy-esque theme with a pink-yellow-turquoise colour scheme, a black and white recolour of the existing Serenading Cerulean nametag, and another with Bobo's face.
