Nextbots are the main antagonists of the game Evade, that chase down and kill players once they have been spotted.

Overview

As stated previously, Nextbots are walking PNGs with the sole intention of killing the player, dealing every player 125 damage and serving as the game's main obstacle/enemy. There are over 151 Nextbots in Evade, but only 4 or 2 nextbots can be active per round and only 1 will spawn when there are not enough players, although some special rounds alter this amount.

Every Nextbot emits a unique sound that loops and can only be heard when you are in proximity of them. Most Nextbots also have audio that play upon killing someone, and they can have multiple kill sounds.

The average Nextbot is 2% slower than the player, and can be generally be outrun pretty easily (especially if the player is jumping forward, since their speed increases to around 44.5 everytime they're in the air while previously on max speed). However, some Nextbots also have speed boosts, such as Angry Munci, one of the most challenging Nextbots due to his 66% speed boost.

Nextbots have around 500,000 health and can be killed by via weapons or vehicles with enough time, although this is virtually impossible in public servers.

Common Nextbots

Common Nextbots are the most likely to spawn in rounds, and do not have any additions whatsoever.

Legacy Nextbots

Nextbots that do not stay in the Overhaul update, and they only appear in the Legacy gamemode. They were forgotten. Now alone, in the darkness. Even the classics, all stuck in the old Evade.

These do not appear in public servers, and can only be spawned through the use of the VIP Server Panel.

Please relocate any relevant information into other sections of the article. Nextbots can also die if hit by the bus on the Desert Bus And Pit Stop maps. After the Overhaul update they can no longer die from the bus. However, in the Legacy gamemode this function is still preserved. They can also die from other nextbots (like Spider, Angry BoboR6, etc.), or fall into some hole/abyss (if the hole kills the player too) Though after they die, they will still emit idle sounds, teleport to the strange locations where the player is located, and can kill players even if they are not moving.
