Traprooms is one of the various Maps in Evade. It was released on August 9th, 2022 and later revamped and fully readded in the Lunar Year update. It was created by Beefchoplets. It is the first Expert map since the game's release.

Traprooms was secretly readded and revamped in January 2, 2025. Traprooms did not change much compared to it's legacy version and only recieved a cleaner design and the colors of the rooms now form a more notable rainbow gradient.
Legacy[]
Traprooms is a unique and special map in Evade. The map involves lots of colorful rooms with metalic floors along with glass doors that can activate and deactivate every few seconds. Some rooms have built in walls that do nothing other than block the players way. Each room has lava below it, and if a player is completely trapped in one room with no way out, the lava will rise, killing any player in that door instantly.
Strategy[]
- A tactic that can be used to reduce the chances of getting killed by the traps is to always stay in a square where at least one door is closed.
- Staying in a square where all four doors are open at the start of the round also reduces your chances of getting killed by the traps.
- It is also recommended to place Teleporters in different rooms.
Trivia[]
- After recent updates, automatic doors no longer work properly.
