Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. Technology like this turret only reaffirms that quote by Arthur C. Clarke, in his famous 3 laws. With the advent of dimensional travel, we are only beginning to scratch the surface of potential tech.Of course, that's why we're here, aren't we Elysium may have further goals than simply an advent of spectacular vacation... Well. What can I say I'm just another Pathfinder, another cog in the machine.The Lightbeam Turret is one such example of quite militaristic technology. It's not exactly refined, as the beam isn't strong enough to pierce some of the things you may find, but it does the job good enough.
