Zoidberg is one of the various nextbots, which chases players in Evade. It was added on October 13th, 2024 in the Overhaul update. It can be seen primarily in public servers.

It appears to be a pink lobster-like creature who wears a white lab coat over a sea-foam green shirt and pants, sandals, and a head mirror. We can see the author's name Matt Groening in the bottom right corner of the photo.
